[Vision2020] Residents Sound Off About Third Street Bridge

Tom says:
"Fifty voices united in opposition to the Third Street bridge - Perhaps
now the city council will get a clue."

There are more than 50 people who live in town.  I am not sure of the
legality or the validity, but maybe we should just put it up to a vote.
A bridge referendum, if you will.  If the majority doesn't want it,
don't do it.  If they do . . .
