[Vision2020] Big Brother

I doubt that is the only one in town. I actually wish there was one on the
corner of Third and any one of three intersections downtown in Moscow to
keep track of the trucks that block traffic in that area. I don't know who
would look at them but maybe we could convince some folks that we do need a
bypass.

There is a camera near Mingles, and a website
"someplace" that people can watch.
