I found the questionnaire to be a lot less biased then the one put forth by Blind 20/20. It at least asked direct questions that could receive direct answers. Would you mind elaborating on the accusatory aspect of your understanding of the questionnaire? 
 
Maybe you could answer the questionnaire your self and give us your take on the civility here in Moscow.

extremely biased, and accusatory, series of questions.  A careful
examination of the origin of the document indicates that Doug Wilson appears
to be the author and that the business of origin is Christ Church.
