[Vision2020]wrong about health care?

"by my count, only one of them (a company that makes life 'hard'/does
not offer insurance to employees) maintains a facility within Moscow
city limits." 

So, if I'm reading this right, every other employer in town pays for
their employees' insurance? Every other employer in Moscow is a pleasure
to work for?  Maybe a guy better keep counting . . .
