RE: 	Public Announcement Regarding Open Position on the Latah County
Zoning Commission

The Latah County Board of Commissioners is seeking an interested individual
to fill a vacant position on the Zoning Commission.  Applicants should be
able to understand land use issues and application of land use regulations.
The five-member Zoning Commission meets twice monthly (the first and third
Wednesday of each month at 7 P.M.) and conducts public hearings on land use
applications in Latah County.  The Zoning Commission also makes
recommendations on land use applications to the Board of County
Commissioners.  Interested persons should submit a letter of interest,
including a statement of qualifications and any personal information they
wish to provide to the Board.   Please send application materials to
