Wayne’s acceptable list of businesses

1. - i.  The editorial, sales, and administrative offices of regional, 
national, or international magazines which are also published online.

i + 1 - j.    Niche software development companies such as game software, 
specialty financial software, religious institution/ church administration 
software, ...

j + 1 - k.   Various kinds of etailers, such as for specialty clothing, 
specialty foods, art/photography, ...

And looking at it is funnier than most.  These sorts of businesses are 
heading to India.  There is no particular reason for the dread lone wolf 
businesses to come to a place like Moscow.

We have no easy way for these types of people to get in or out of Moscow.  
Lone Wolves need airports with good connections.

Then of course the idea that we will make nothing, just act as the guys who 
sell other people’s stuff online us a hoot.  Moscow as EBay central.  The 
rest is simply a variation of call centers and as those who followed what 
happened on the few attempts to have those here know, the minute that the 
tax and other preferences dry up, those businesses head for the door.  Most 
of these types of jobs are pretty close to minimum wage, though I do admit 
that they are a great way to suck in cheap college student labor.
