[Vision2020] City council elections-immediate appt. of Mr. Ament

Dan,

Just because a law is broken in the past, it does not
justify the continuation of the violation in the
present and future.

I am not a legalist, but I think blocking an elected
official from taking office for months and taking
votes on important issues is a pretty serious
violation against the majority of voters that elected
him into office.

In addition, I think that Lewiston has the proper
understanding of the state law. What right and reason
does an appointed person have to a position on the
council over that of an elected person?

Take Care,

Donovan J Arnold
