[Vision2020] Posts per day rule?

Every once in a while this crops up.  There is no one post per day rule.  
There is a sense from some previous long term posters that averaging two or 
three posts per day was acceptable for quite some time.  Since posting in 
some discussion chains may take quite a number of post for a shorter period, 
it moght be that occasinally people will overtop a two to three post a dya 
rule for a breif time.

Still, for a lot of what goes on here, off line is very workable.  I offline 
a fairish amount and that saves bandwidth and email space for people who may 
not have an interest.

And if somebody is looking for the posting offender with greatest frequency, 
they should click authors and see who the real offenders are.
