A curious point about the email...although Dale took pains to  
distance the survey from the elders of the kirk, if you check the  
Properties panel of the PDF version of the survey you find that the  
Author is listed as Douglas Wilson, under a Company called Christ  
Church. Security at Anselm house must be pretty loose these days if  
stray kirkers are able to get access to Doug's desktop.
