[Vision2020] Anti smoking petition

Donovan acknowledges that "not everyone goes to a bar to have sex, dance,
and have a smoke." Well, no, that's chronogically out of order. I go to
dance, have sex, and have a smoke. In that order. Not that it's happened
in several decades.
