[Vision2020] Mall

I just got off the phone with some of the shop owners at the mall - they are
unaware that that decision had been made.

Thing is, given that the receptionist states that the 30-40 spots used
MONTHLY by park/ride patrons is fairly insignificant and (being here for 15
years) that I have NEVER noticed a monthly car sale at the mall, and given
that 30-40 cars parked sporatically among the open parking spaces of the
mall would be hardly noticed, this whole thing seems rather weird. Wingers
and Big 5 not wanting their spots used by park/rides, I can understand.
But, the back part of the mall over at the end of Hastings is virtually
unused (except during holidays and special weekends) so I don't see why the
bus couldn't be allowed to pull in there and just round the corner to get
off the lot and back into traffic.

UI does not have a say on how the lot is/can be used. Their only obligation
is to the front grass/tree area - at least until 2026.
