[Vision2020] RE: Palouse Empire Mall Rejects Public Transportation

It gets worse.  I understand the new location for commuters to catch the Express to WSU is in the NW corner of the Kibbie Dome lot, and of course, will require a parking permit.
 
By the way, doesn't UI own the land on which the Mall is located?  Wouldn't it have had some say in this decision?
