[Vision2020] Accredited/registered institutions

The SBOE does keep a roster of all institutions that grant some form of
college credit in Idaho. I don't think that the roster is on the SBOE
Website.  For example, Boise Bible College is accredited by some bible
school outfit. They've been operating in Idaho since 1945, but they don't
appear on the SBOE website.  George Fox College has an MBA in Boise.
They're not listed.  The simplest explanation is that the Website doesn't
link to all institutions.

A FOI request to the board would reveal whether NSA is registered. May be
easier than endlessly arguing.
