Art - call the appraiser that was going to be appraising the Trail property. Has to be a fair marketable price. There are rules and regulations under the eminent domain laws that must be followed. An appraiser and the city would follow them. Call the City Attorney. Call your Senator. Call the Mayor. It is law. Ask Mike Curley. Although Mike is not a real estate attorney he might know where to look it up.
