[Vision2020] Smoke and Mirrors

Visionaires, you might be interested in hearing that some of our most 
vehement opponents were old-guard CQE folks.   While CQE campaigned -- 
admirably -- for the bond, many CQE'ers disagreed with the majority of the 
group and didn't.

It's not a monolithic organization, but blessedly full of free thinkers -- 
many of whom are considerably less happy with me than others because of my 
support of the bond.
