[Vision2020] wireless public access points

Debbie Gray asks, "Does anyone know if there is some sort of 'directory' of
the various public access points for wireless in Moscow?"
First Step internet and UI's ITS provides free wireless internet access (for
faculty or students at UI) from the following points:
