[Vision2020] NSA Building

Question:

If NSA has, in deed and practice, been declared the owners of the Verizon 
building, how can Christ Church claim it as a tax exempt building of 
THEIR's?  I see that NSA bought the building in 2002.

I recognize that this may have been answered in previous e-mails and such, 
but I have not seen it.
