Except when the courts have judges who are appointed by people with 
and/or have specific agendas of their own and cause us to re-visit 
court cases that have been decided years ago or weigh international 
opinion, etc.  =(     

Regardless of where people one falls on the recent 'juvenile death 
penalty' decision, I think it is a scary precedent to set by using 
'international opinion' to decide constitutionality of death 
sentences for juveniles or any other constitutional issue. I am not 
debating the juvenile death penalty concept, rather the process by 
which this decision was reached.
