[Vision2020] LEDC Board

Hi Barbara,
Mark brings up some good points and I was wondering about a few other
things. What is the representation on this board of people living in Latah
County but not in the immediate Moscow area? Is there representation from
places like Potlatch, Harvard, Bovill, and Kendrick, for example?  How have
you notified people in these communities of the availability of board
positions?  Have you contacted such economic entities like the Latah County
Cattleman's Association and the various horse riding and training facilities
(which is a very fast growing commercial enterprise in rural Latah County)?
Is there representation from people engaged in smaller home-run businesses
or are you only looking for larger business entities?   Obviously the
activities of this organization will be influenced by the make-up of the
board, so I am rather curious about who is being solicited to be on this
board.
