[Vision2020] Response to Burns' Rant

[Christian Burns]

Art, who do you think I am? My real name is Christian Burns. 

Like I said, there are staff at U of I that could confirm this. In
fact you could confim it too, if you had a clue. But I dont feel like
giving clues.
