[Vision2020] Proposed Ordinance

Thank you, Stephanie.  I did read the staff report but did not find  the 
name(s) of the person (people) who developed and wrote it.  Do you  know 
specifically what staff actually drafted the proposed ordinance and under  whose 
direction the particular points were chosen?
