[Vision2020] Moscow City Council Ignores Due Process

For the record, and especially for Ms. Huskey:

I never claimed MS. Huskey took legal advice from her
daughter. MR. Huskey did, however, state that his
daughter offered advice to him.

"I take full responsibility for my words which spring 
joyfully from my very own mind.",Ms. Huskey
proclaimed.

I am curious, how do words "spring joyfully" from a
mind? And do words every joyfully spring into your
mind? Do the words "joyfully springing" out of your
mind ever smack into the words "joyfully springing"
into your mind? And if so, do they make it to their
destination, and are they still joyful and springy
when they get there?
