Co-Ad is an excellant place to start - 882-0962, co-ad at moscow.com,
users.moscow.com/co-ad; personnally, I really respect and admire Jeff for
many reasons not the least of which is his ability and williness to get
things done.
There is also Idaho Parents Unlimited, Inc. - 208-342-5884/800-242-IPUL,
ipulidaho.org/, talk to Nancy Thiessen to get started. I believe she took
over for Teresa, but from I have seen services are still at a high level.
Also, the Special Education Rights Statement that all disabled
children/adults are entitled to and should be handed a copy of (publication
991101-A231) when requested is an excellant place to start reading what
rights disabled individuals have.
An attorney I can recommend is Steve Mahaffy, 882-1289.
One more: Robert Tunnicliff, 882-0501.
Hope that helps.
J ;)
