Wow

It is interesting to see people who claim that the movement of the religious
into the realm of the secular is a bad thing, yet are insisting that the
movement of the secular into the realm of religion is A OK.

What exact business is it to the various groups of anti-CC folks what the
people at that Church think, say or do?

Because, guys, you are all a bunch of sectarians of a strange cult derived
from the killing of a Jewish Nationalist by Roman troops about 1980 years or
so ago. Frankly, you screw up most if not all of the things that are tenets
of legitimate practice of Torah, yet insist on trying to cite it in your
arguments.

If, as the argument goes, toleration is the objective, then it seems obvious
to me that you would leave your religious arguments at the door. The wide
range of beliefs within your Xtian cult make it impossible for any of you to
agree and as I can easily see from history, when you guys start arguing
about your various articles of faith with each other, it always ends in you
coming to blows and then starting a Pogrom.

How exactly do the preachments of one of your sects affect any of your
lives? Under US law they have no power to do anything other than toss
condemnations of each of your factions to the fiery pit you folks seem to
love talking about for any who disagree.

So if you run the Christ Church folks out of town, as has been stated
several times by various of your fellows as being a goal of this general
movement, then what? Are you then headed to driving out the Catholics or
will it be Baptists or some other one of your sects for failure to toe your
particular bent in creed?

I have experienced how you treat people who disagree with you on resource
issues. It’s frightening to think of any of that kind of action spilling
over into something for which religious fervor drives the agenda. It’s hard
for me not to think that the people likely to start an auto da fe are those
claiming to be the most tolerant. I have seen how you folks turn people
over to the secular authorities in your inquisitions here in Moscow, yet you
keep insisting it’s the other guys, the man behind the tree, who is trying
to do so.

As per Mercutio, “A pox on both your houses.”
