[Vision2020] Medical Marijuania

The Supreme Court has just ruled by a 6 to 3 decision that Federal Authorities can prosecute users of Medical Marijuana. This decision cut across liberal and conservative lines. The Constitution does say that The Federal government can Regulate commence that crosses state  lines. In this case(California) the manufacture and usage is entirety within the sate. The is a clear case of writing law from the bench by both Liberal and Conservative Judges. The Three that stuck to the Constitution were O'Conner, Rehnquest and Thomas.
