[Vision2020] Domenstic Benefits?

Geez, no kidding!

Since there are those of us who "choose" to help perpetuate mankind on this 
planet, we should be penalized?  And those polluting and violating our 
air/ground/water and city codes get to have tax breaks?  Sounds fair - 
NOT!!!!
