programs but don't want any growth to fund it."

It seems like it was just last April that Doug's Boy was campaigning against
the school bond in fear of the blight of "urban sprawl".  Gee!  It WAS just
last April.

No need for concern, ladies and gentlemen.  Doug's Boy is sure to flip again
(or would it be "flop") when the topic changes to zoning.
