At 9 a.m. on Sunday1/30/05, MOSCOW MORNING VIEWS, a talk show on KUOI 89.3 FM in Moscow(web audio at KUOI.org) will feature the following guest: 
 
 --(9-10 am) Mr. Jeff Harkins, Professor of Accounting at the University of Idaho and former candidate for Latah County Commissioner, will be in the studio.
 
Mr. Harkins will discuss his views on the proposed Latah County Land Use Ordinance. 
 
 --(10-11 am) We may continue the discussion with Mr. Harkins and have time to move on to other topics.
