[Vision2020] Patty's Kitchen

Idaho Code 23-913 provides an exception to the 300 ft. rule "with approval of the
governing body of the municipality..." Patty's Kitchen has apparently requested that
approval. City Council, being of course the governing body, can either grant or deny the
request.

Visioneers,

Patty's Kitchen moved to their present location and set up their
operation there knowing what all the rules and regulations were. Why
would you change the law for them? 300 feet is not much. They
should have rented somewhere else where they could have a beer
and wine license. Rent something else down the street Patty's
Kitchen. Rules are rules.

Sorry NSA. Rules are rules.

Remember when there was a buyer for The Perch and because the
building was within 300 feet of a school, his beer and wine license
request was denied. Why would this be any different? Rules are rules.
They are meant for everybody. Not just a selected few.
