[Vision2020] Common ground?

I know it is not unwelcomed by all.  It will bring back my memories of when
Moscow did get snow, had consistent below-freezing temps, did have a week
stretch of -10 ... there were real inland  winters and not this mushy
westside 30-40 degree stuff.

Would it be agreed that, regardless of political, religious, or sexual
persuasion, whether one is living in a red, blue, or purple neighborhood, is
a supporter of public or private schools, prefers wine or beer, that the
imminent arrival of below zero temperatures in Moscow is unwelcome?  Or is
that just a liberal thing?
