Hi everyone:

Thought I'd send this along to all of you and share it.  It HAD to
originate with civil servants (city/county/state/federal) who get a
monthly check for just showing up. . . .some of us aren't that lucky.
The small business owner, however, would have mixed feelings.  Life is
never simple. . . always another damn viewpoint to get in the way.
