Let me see if I have this right.

 

A naval officer in command of a nuclear submarine, a position that requires
extensive knowledge and expertise, did not notice that the water was getting
shallow???  

 

Well, at least the Japanese fishing fleet is safe.

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are
dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all
exist very nicely in the same box.
