[Vision2020] RE: wake up call

I thought it was Developmentally Delayed.
All this political correct stuff makes my head spin. You need a degree in
PCness.

FWIW, If I remember correctly, my last special ed course corrected our use
of the term "mentally retarded" and told us it was no longer politically
correct.  We were told the politically correct term is now "cognitively
impaired".  I have no idea if it has been, or will be changed in the DSM.
