[Vision2020] Did Anyone Else Get This Message?

Hi Chas,

While I didn't save it, I got a delivery failure message on Sunday.  IIRC,
the message said that the firststep server couldn't be found.  I tried
resending the message again a little later & it went through, so I just
assumed it was a temporary problem.
