Joan says:
"I actually like  . . .  real, English, marzipan-and-white-frosting,
rum-soaked fruitcake. I eat fruitcake, and I love it. Of course, they do
say you are what you eat . . . " 
 
Hmmm . . . So it would follow that Joan is white-frosted and rum-soaked?
(The slack-jawed yokel in me doesn't know what the heck marzipan is, and
doesn't really want to)

Must be uncomfortable.
