[Vision2020] Wal-Mart meeting

As one who has expressed reservations about the Wal-Mart supercenter, I've
heard some interesting responses. Regarding a concern for the future of
small, family-owned businesses that have graced our town for generations
that contribute to the wonderful uniqueness of Moscow, that, I've been told,
makes me an ignorant socialist. An ignorant socialist who secretly hates
poor people. While pleading not guilty to being an ignorant socialist or a
self-hating anti poor person type of cretin, I do, however, admit to a
measure of small town provincialism. Guilty as charged.
