The Moscow Library has a book exchange program by the front door, but not many books. I am sure if more people used it the library would expand the space.

When I die, I plan to will all my books to the library, in which case they will need to add another floor, until then, they are mine and I love them.

Sort of. T J's Books 'n Treasures exists at 205 S Almon St. You
exchange your books and cash (not much cash), so the books are still a
lot cheaper, but gone are the days of 2-for-1 or direct exchange.
Brused Books in Pullman is similar (235 E Main St).
