[Vision2020] Washinton's smoking ban -- a personal experience

Blanket bans on almost everything are odious. If an establishment decides to 
go nonsmoking, fine. However, forcing your preferences on everyone else is 
tyranny. If you don't like smoke, work or recreate someplace else. It really 
isn't necessary regulate every single aspect of peoples lives.
