Dear Tom Ivie and other Visionaries,

Here are a couple of photos of Dan Mack's new and improved luxury trailer court.  Isn't it

beautiful?  I especially like the dog out in the middle of the road, eating some crap. 
The second 
picture is of the "turtle house" Dan built at the edge of the trailer park.  I believe
it's meant to be 
the manager's home and/or a laundry facility.  What it looks like is the bastard child of
a 
McDonald's and a Jiffy Lube.

Dan Mack bought that trailer park of his own free will; no one held a gun to his head.  He
then 
did a remarkably convincing impersonation of Ebenezer Scrooge by evicting the very poor
and 
the very vulnerable from the park, knowing that it would be winter when they had to leave,

knowing most had nowhere else to go, and knowing that most of the trailers he deemed 
unsuitable for his new high-toned establishment were built pre-1974 and so couldn't be
moved.  
They'd have to be sold for scrap.

What a great guy!  JoAnn must be so proud . . .
