  On Sunday 12/4/05, MOSCOW MORNING VIEWS, a talk show on KUOI 89.3 FM in Moscow(web audio on KUOI.org) will feature the following: 
   
  --(9-10 am) We will discuss the ballfields project that has been proposed to be built near the UI arboretum and other topics. 
   
   --(10-11 am) Mr. Robert Shibley, program manager for the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education(FIRE) will call-in to the studio from his office in Philadelphia, PA. 
  Mr. Shibley will discuss FIRE and its work in a recent case involving a student in the WSU Education Department.
