[Vision2020] Comprehensive Plan Restrictions for the Proposed Rezone

Greetings Visionaires -

Perhaps instead of re-writing ordinances and zoning codes every time
somebody with a couple bucks submits a wish list to the Moscow City Council,
we should enforce those ordinances and zoning codes already on the books.
Enforcing current ordinances and zoning codes seems alot more
community-oriented than posting a suggestion box at Anselm House.

And just to ensure that the playing field is plumb, we can adopt a totally
encompassing program that satisfies the community needs, something like . .
.
