[Vision2020] Park?

Have you even tried calling the City of Moscow?  It really is not that hard 
to do...just pick up your phone's hand set, dial in 8-8-3-7-0-0-0, wait 
until the operator comes on, ask the nice lady your question and wait for 
her to tell you!!!  Really, really easy.

BTW - they "hope to have it done by the end of the first week of September."
