[Spam] [Vision2020] Third Street bridge

Good Grief! How much time do you think I have?? It would only take one to
get hit and be a tragedy. Happened before the trail went in and it was very
sad...could easily happen again. We spent a lot of money on Chipman, some of
which came about because the the death. I often wonder if these people have
a death wish.
