Not only that, Mr. Soloman.

 

Crude oil sold for $22/barrel in 2001.  Crude oil now sells for close to
$70/barrel.

 

Gee, here's a tough question.  Who benefits from such a drastic increase in
the cost of crude oil?

 

I'll give you a hint:  It is NOT the environmentalists.
