[Vision2020] Re: NO Beer and/or Wine this night!

According to City Hall, whom I JUST called, there will NOT be a beer/wine 
garden provided to the participants of Trinity Fest in downtown Moscow, as 
"reported by Gabe Rench", as Christ Church failed to follow procedures to 
obtain the proper paperwork to hold such an event.  This was brought to 
their attention BY CITY HALL, not by a complaint by any third party.
