[Vision2020] extra car?

Our daughter, Willow, and her husband, Patrick, will be relocating from their home in Florida to Moscow for four months beginning August 20.  Patrick will be attending the UI and Willow will be having a baby.
And we are thrilled that they are coming here to stay with us (not to mention the grandchild).
However, they will need a car for those four months.  Do you know of anyone with a vehicle available for lease/rent for that period?
