Checking the calendar, I see that this is Friday, April 29th.  I do believe 
the bond issue was voted on on Tuesday, April 26th.  It was my impression it 
was over, and your side won, Phil.  Bill London just posted a splendid 
example of how to properly continue dialogue on future plans.  How about 
using that, as well as Aaron Ament's post yesterday, as templates for 
constructive dialogue?
