Thank you JFORD.

The FPC is a government entity. Well, to the best of my knowledge. This 
means that they indeed have to report budgetary items. Yes, everyone HAD the 
opportunity to work with them.

Do you know if the Trail Foundation is the biggest supporter of CQE?
