OK Donovan,
Fair enough.
How in the heck did you get to talk to Hummel? That is impossible for a lot of others? What's your secret?
How did you ask superintendent Donicht? Did you do it formerly and the way they want you to ask? My understanding is 10 days total for you to receive the information or a defined reason why they will not give you this information.
Did she personally tell you she would email you something?
Who at FPC did you ask? Need a persons name. Go back and ask them again.
Donovan - if you were told you would get information and the parties involved have not complied with their own rule which happens to be law, then you need to bring this matter to the District Attorney. It is OK as several of us had to do this in order to get proper responses.
Remember, if there is not such a thing as you have requested and you did it the way they want you to, then they have to tell you there us no paper to give you.
Good luck,
spell check ran.................... check
made sure not private......check
Phil
