Excuse me, but to the best of my memory, the Facility Committee is made up
of VOLUNTEERS from all walks of the community. EVERYONE had the opportunity
to work on/with them. The do not get paid for this work, which has been
going on for two years.

CQE is sorta like a PTA in other cities. The funds they collect usually
come from fund raisers and the like. I don't believe it is possible to
totally know where every dollar comes from under that type of circumstance.
They also do accept donations that citizens willingly give in order to
support a specific or general project.
